Appointment as a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal: Gumsley

The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder, has appointed Carl John Gumsley as a salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber.

He will be based in North Shields with effect from 29 January 2018.

Carl John Gumsley, aged 51, was called to the Bar (I) in 1989. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2008.
