The Queen has appointed Mark Robert Mullen to be a Judge of the Insolvency and Companies Court on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to serve in the Royal Courts of Justice with effect from 17 December 2018.

Mark Robert Mullen, aged 43, will be known as Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Mullen. He was called to the Bar (L) in 2001. He was appointed as a Deputy Registrar in Bankruptcy of the High Court in 2016 (becoming known as a Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge in February 2018).
