Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales): Batten

The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable David Gauke MP, has appointed Marion Simone Batten to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales). Marion Simone Batten will be assigned to the to the Midlands East Region in the principal hearing centre Nottingham with effect from 8th July 2019.

Notes to editors

Marion Simone Batten, aged 58 will be known as Employment Judge Batten. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1995. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales) in 2009.
