Appointment of a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal: Head-Rapson

The Senior President of Tribunals, The Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder, has appointed Rozanna Louise Head-Rapson to be a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, to exercise the Special Educational Needs and Disability, Care Standards and Primary Health Lists jurisdictions in that Chamber.

She will be based in Darlington with effect from 10th September 2018.

Rozanna Louise Head-Rapson, was admitted as a solicitor in 1995.  She was appointed as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013, as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2014 and assigned as a judicial officer holder of the Court of Protection in 2014 (fixed term). She was appointed to the First-tier IAC Appraisal Committee in 2017 and the Editorial Board of Tribunals Journal in 2018.
