Appointment of a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal: Swallow

The Senior President of Tribunals, The Right Honourable Sir Ernest Ryder, has appointed Jodie Swallow to be a Salaried Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber.

She will be based at Liverpool in the North West Region with effect from 6th August 2018.

Notes to editors

Jodie Swallow, aged 52, was called to the Bar (I) in 1989 and appointed as a fee-paid Judge in the Mental Health Tribunal, in the Health, Education and Social Chamber in 2004.
