His Honour Judge Graham Walter Anthony Cottle retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 April 2018.

His Honour Judge Cottle (70) was called to the Bar (I) in 1971. He was appointed a Judge by Request First-tier Tribunal (Health Education and Social Care Chamber) and a Circuit Judge in 1993. He was the Resident Judge at Truro and Exeter from 2009 to 2011.
