Circuit Bench Retirement: Dowse

His Honour Judge John Dowse retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 13 August 2016.

His Honour Judge Dowse (69) was called to the Bar (L) in 1973. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1990, a Recorder in 1994 and a Circuit Judge in 2001. He was appointed a Temporary Additional Employment Appeal Tribunal Judge and a Magistrates Court Liaison Judge in 2002 and a Designated Family Judge in 2007.
