The Queen has appointed Catherine Roberta Brown to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Canterbury Crown Court with effect from 16 July 2018.

Catherine Roberta Brown, aged 51, will be known as Her Honour Judge Catherine Brown. She was called to Bar (M) in 1990 and appointed as a Recorder in 2008.
