The Queen has appointed Paul Graham Whalley Cook to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lidington MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Taunton Crown Court with effect from 22 January 2018.

Paul Graham Whalley Cook, aged 50, will be known as His Honour Judge Cook. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1992. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2012.
