Circuit Judge Appointment: Duncan

The Queen has appointed Hannah Gillian Isabella Duncan to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Isleworth Crown Court on a salaried part time basis of 90% with effect from 22 January 2018.

Notes to editors

Hannah Gillian Isabella Duncan, aged 37, will be known as Her Honour Judge Duncan. She was called to the Bar (I) in 2002 and appointed as a Recorder in 2016.
