Circuit Judge Appointment: Jacklin QC

The Queen has appointed Susan Elizabeth Jacklin QC to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at West London Family Court, with effect from 12 March 2018.

Susan Elizabeth Jacklin QC, aged 59 will be known as Her Honour Judge Jacklin QC. She was called to the Bar (I) in 1980 and took Silk in 2006. She was appointed as a Recorder in 1999.
