The Queen has appointed Benedict Peter John Kelleher to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Inner London Crown Court with effect from 19 February 2018.

Benedict Peter John Kelleher, aged 47, will be known as His Honour Judge Kelleher. He was called to the Bar (I) in 1994. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2012.
