The Queen has appointed Kirsty Nichola Real to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Reading Crown Court with effect from 8 April 2019.

Kirsty Nichola Real, aged 44 will be known as Her Honour Judge Real. She was called to the Bar (I) in 1996. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Tribunal Judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2011 and to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2014.
