The Queen has appointed Richard John Robinson to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Medway County Court with effect from 3 April 2018.

Richard John Robinson, aged 65, will be known as His Honour Judge Richard Robinson. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1997. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge of the Principal Registry of the Family Division in 1999 as a District Judge of the Principal Registry of the Family Division in 2002.
