Circuit Judge Appointment: Rochford

The Queen has appointed Thomas Nicholas Beverley Rochford to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Aylesbury Crown Court with effect from 1 April 2019.

Thomas Nicholas Beverley Rochford, aged 57 will be known as His Honour Judge Rochford. He was called to the Bar (I) in 1984. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2005.
