The Queen has appointed Timothy John Rose to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Exeter Combined Court Centre with effect from 3 April 2018.

Timothy John Rose, aged 60 will be known as His Honour Judge Timothy Rose. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1982. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2006, as a Recorder in 2016 and as a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2017.
