Circuit Judge Appointment: Timothy Greene

The Queen has appointed Timothy Charles Greene to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Snaresbrook Crown Court with effect from 25 March 2019.

Timothy Charles Greene, aged 62 will be known as His Honour Judge Timothy Greene. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1981. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2009 and as a Fee-paid Tribunal Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber in 2018.
