Death in service: His Honour Judge John Plumstead


The Lord Chief Justice, Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, and the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Lidington MP, were saddened to learn of the death of His Honour Judge John Plumstead on 13 September 2017.

John Charles Plumstead (64) was called to the Bar in July 1975.  He was appointed as a Recorder in January 2001 and a Circuit Judge in August 2006.
