District Judge Appointment: Andrews

The Queen has appointed Mark Nicholas Andrews to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Northern Circuit, based at Manchester County and Family Court with effect from 1 August 2018.

Notes to editors

Mark Nicholas Andrews, aged 48, will be known as District Judge Andrews. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998. He was appointed as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Health, Education and Social Care Chamber in 2007.
