District Judge Appointment: Buckley-Clarke

The Queen has appointed Amanda Victoria Buckley-Clarke to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based in the Thames Valley group of Courts on a salaried part time working basis of 90% with effect from 11 April 2016.

Amanda Victoria Buckley-Clarke, aged 47, will be known as District Judge Buckley-Clarke. She was called to the Bar (L) in 1991. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge and as a fee-paid First-Tier Tribunal Judge of the Social Entitlement Chamber both in 2013.
