The Queen has appointed Richard John Case to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Milton Keynes County and Family Court with effect from 30 April 2018.

Richard John Case, aged 44 will be known as District Judge Case. He was called to the Bar (M) in 1996. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
