The Queen has appointed Mark Richard Lampkin to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Northern Circuit, based at Liverpool County Court with effect from 1 November 2018.

Mark Richard Lampkin, aged 53, will be known as District Judge Lampkin. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1990. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
