The Queen has appointed Martin John Leech to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Chris Grayling MP.
The Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd, Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Plymouth County Court with effect from 1 December 2014.

Martin John Leech, aged 51, will be known as District Judge Leech. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1987. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2010.
