The Queen has appointed Penelope Lynne Lobb to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Michael Gove MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Thomas of Cwmgiedd.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Wakefield Civil and Family Justice Centre with effect from 8 March 2016.

Penelope Lynne Lobb, aged 55, will be known as District Judge Lobb. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1988. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 1997.
