The Queen has appointed Andrew James MacCuish to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midland Circuit, based at Derby Combined Court Centre with effect from 2 July 2018.

Andrew James MacCuish, aged 59, will be known as District Judge MacCuish. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1987. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2015.
