The Queen has appointed Victoria Elizabeth Mark to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the North Eastern Circuit, based at York County Court with effect from 7 June 2018.

Victoria Elizabeth Mark, aged 46, will be known as District Judge Mark. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1998. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2015.
