The Queen has appointed Suzanne Mary Parkinson to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Centre with effect from 1st October 2018.

Notes to editors

Suzanne Mary Parkinson, aged 49, will be known as District Judge Suzanne Parkinson. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1995 and appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2007.
