The Queen has appointed Christopher James Revitt to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midland Circuit, based at Leicester County Court and Family Court with effect from 1 October 2018.

Christopher James Revitt, aged 51, will be known as District Judge Revitt. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1991. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2005.
