The Queen has appointed Terence Peter Phillips to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Newcastle upon Tyne Combined Court Centre with effect from 23 July 2018.

Terence Peter Phillips, aged 41, will be known as District Judge Terence Phillips. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2006. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2015.
