District Judge Appointment: Walsh

The Queen has appointed Timothy Edmund Walsh to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Yeovil County and Family Court with effect from 12 November 2018.

Notes to editors

 Timothy Edmund Walsh, aged 42, will be known as District Judge Walsh. He was Called to the Bar (I) in 2000. He was appointed as a Chairman of the Residential Property Tribunal for Wales in 2013.
