The Queen has appointed Charlotte Kate Holland to be a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Leeds Magistrates’ Court with effect from 11 June 2018.

Charlotte Kate Holland, aged 45, will be known as District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Holland. She was called to the Bar (L) in 1996. She was appointed as a fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Social Entitlement Chamber in 2013.
