The Queen has appointed Margaret McCormack to be a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable David Gauke MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Doncaster Magistrates’ Court with effect from 26 February 2018.

Margaret McCormack, aged 55, will be known as District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) McCormack. She was admitted as a Solicitor in 1995. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2012.
