A networking event is taking place in Birmingham at the Victoria Law Court on Wednesday 7 October 2015 at 6pm.

Who should attend?

This event is aimed at solicitors, barristers and legal executives from under-represented groups (BAME, women, those with a disability and LGBT) who are interested in a career in the judiciary and is relevant to junior members of the professions and those with a number of years post qualification experience.

Why you should attend

As part of its commitment to promoting greater diversity in the judiciary, the Law Society, Bar Council, CILEx, and the JAC, are running targeted events to raise awareness of opportunities in the judiciary. In addition to practical advice on the application and recruitment process, the session will provide encouragement from positive role models who have been through the process.
