Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) Retirement: Dineen

Judge Michael Laurence Dineen retires with effect from 13 April 2019. 

Notes to editors 

Judge Dineen (69) was called to the Bar (I) in 1977. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1999, a part-time Immigration Adjudicator in 2002 and a full-time Immigration Adjudicator in 2003. He was appointed an Immigration Judge (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2005 (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)).  He was President of the Council of Immigration Judges from 2011 to 2013.
