|Tribunals|Crown Court|News

Three judges have joined forces to take part in a careers outreach event at the University of Winchester.

The judges were: Mr Justice Garnham, Presiding Judge of the Western Circuit; the Recorder of Winchester HHJ Angela Morris; and the Regional President for Tribunals on the Western Circuit, and President of the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, Judge Mark Sutherland Williams.

The university hosted their visit, where they met with a variety of students to discuss their career ambitions and give presentations on the career paths of judges and some of the likely pitfalls to look out for.

After the evening, Megan Hodgson from the university wrote: “I would like to thank you for your invaluable contributions on Tuesday evening. Our students have given excellent feedback and have left feeling extremely inspired.”
