Senior Circuit Judge, Resident Judge Appointment: Jeremy Richardson QC

The Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon, has appointed His Honour Judge Jeremy William Richardson QC to be a Senior Circuit Judge, Resident Judge at Sheffield Combined Court Centre with effect from Monday 14 May 2018.

 Jeremy William Richardson QC, aged 60, will continue to be known as His Honour Judge Jeremy Richardson QC. He was called to the Bar (I) in 1980 and took Silk in 2000. He was appointed as a Recorder in 1999 and as a Circuit Judge in 2009. Judge Richardson QC was the Designated Civil Judge for the Humber Courts between 2009 and 2015 and Resident Judge for the Humber Courts (The Recorder of Hull and East Riding) 2014 to present.
