Senior Circuit Judge Retirement: McGregor-Johnson

His Honour Judge Richard John McGregor-Johnson retires as a Senior Circuit Judge with effect from 6 February 2017.

His Honour Judge McGregor-Johnson (66) was called to the Bar (I) in 1973 and elected a Bencher in 2001. He was appointed an Assistant Recorder in 1990, a Recorder in 1994, a Circuit Judge in 1998, a Member of the Restricted Patients Panel (Mental Health Review Tribunal) in 2002 and a Senior Circuit Judge in 2010. He was appointed the Resident Judge for Isleworth Crown Court in 2004 and the Honorary Recorder for Kensington and Chelsea in 2012.
