“…I am sure I do not need to tell any of you here how important diversity is to us all and particularly to the judiciary. I have said this before. I will continue to say it, as there is much to be done, and done now. As Head of the Judiciary of England and Wales, I have a particular responsibility to show leadership on this issue…”
