The Master of the Rolls sets out how digital reform is now unashamedly mainstream with analogue systems and paper soon being things of the past.
He challenges those tasked with considering the future of the justice system to lift their eyes beyond these imminent developments and instead look with a greater urgency towards the technologies of the future.
