Statement by the Lord Chief Justice and Senior President of Tribunals: Allegations of sexual harassment by judges

There have been some unspecified allegations in the press this week of sexual harassment by judges. Such allegations, if true, are deeply troubling.

Such conduct cannot be tolerated and complaints may be made to the relevant body as set out here – https://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk/making-a-complaint/who-can-i-complain-about/

Any complaints will be taken seriously and investigated where there are grounds to do so.
