Upper Tribunal Judge Retirement: Lloyd-Davies

Upper Tribunal Judge Andrew Lloyd-Davies retires with effect from 18 June 2018.

Upper Tribunal Judge Lloyd-Davies (70) was called to the Bar (L) in 1973.  He was appointed as a Deputy Social Security Commissioner in 1996, as a salaried Social Security and Child Support Commissioner (now a Judge of the Upper Tribunal (Administrative Appeals Chamber)) in 1998 and as a Deputy Social Security and Child Support Commissioner for Northern Ireland in 2011.  He was a member of the Judges’ Council from 2012 to 2015.
