Data Privacy Notice: Family Division Public Law Consultation July 2019

The intention of this consultation is to collect the views of stakeholders, affected parties and the general public in order to inform the implementation of our recommendations.

We encourage you not to include anything in your response that might make you readily identifiable, (for example: names, case numbers etc.).  In the event that specific personal data is collected, it will be handled in line with the relevant data protection laws.

Your responses will be used solely for the Public Law Working Group’s preparation of a final report and will not be made public. They will be kept for 12 months after the publication of the final report and securely destroyed thereafter.
