UPON HEARING Counsel for the Claimants and the Defendant

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED pursuant to CPR rule 5.4C, rule 5.4D and rule 39.2(4) that:

  1. There be substituted for all purposes of this case, in place of references to the Claimants by name and whether orally or in writing, references to ‘AK’, ‘AS’, ‘AN’ and AA. Likewise AN and AA’s litigation friend shall be referred to as ‘GC’.
  2. A non-party shall not, without the permission of a HHJ Baucher, HHJ Freeland QC or HHJ Saggerson, inspect or obtain any copy statement of case or document from the court file unless it has been anonymised in accordance with this direction and has been redacted for any information that could identify the Claimants. Any application for such permission (i.e. to inspect or obtain a non-anonymised version) must be made on notice to the Claimants and in accordance with CPR rule 5.4C(6).
  3. There shall be no publication in any newspaper or other media or other disclosure of any name, address, picture, or information tending to identify the Claimants.
