FURTHER INTERIM ANONYMITY ORDER

ON the Appellant having lodged an appeal in SIAC on 4 March 2020

ON the Commission having made an interim anonymity order on 6 March 2020 pursuant to paragraph 28 of the Commission’s Practice Note on Anonymity Orders and Related Matters

AND ON the Appellant being unable, as a result of the current coronavirus public health emergency, to finalise an application for continued anonymity pursuant to paragraph 27(ii) of the Practice Note

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

  1. The Commission’s interim anonymity order dated 6 March 2020 is extended until the expiry of a period of three months from the date this order is made (or further order in the meantime) the Appellant shall be granted anonymity, and shall be known as C6 and that nothing may be published which, directly, or indirectly, identifies that person as an appellant to the Commission.
  2. Liberty to apply.
