UPON hearing the Claimants’ application dated 9 March 2020

AND UPON the court reading the documents filed for the hearing of the application

IT IS ORDERED that:

1. Time for service of the Hearsay Notice dated 9 March 2020 be extended to 9 March 2020.

2. The information contained in the report of Mr Tim Branson dated 9 March 2020, the witness statement of Sandro Placidi of the same date and the exhibit to that witness statement shall be kept confidential. Those documents shall not be open to inspection by any non-party without the permission of the Court, to be granted only upon an application made with 7 days’ prior notice in writing to the Claimants.
