Upon Josephine Olszewski admitting the breach of injunction and inviting the court to sentence her for the breaches proved on 13/03/20, the court is satisfied having considered the facts admitted in court by her that Josephine Olszewski has been guilty of contempt of this court by disobeying the order dated 22/07/19 as amended by:

  1. Being present at Flat 15, Pen-y-Lan Road, Roath, Cardiff on 25/03/20
  2. On 13/02/20 the Defendant engaged in conduct capable of causing a housing related nuisance or annoyance to persons in or in the locality of 14, Pen-y-Lan Road, Cardiff
  3. The said breaches are in breach of the suspended sentence of 28 days imprisonment imposed by HHJ Petts on 21/01/20 and the suspended sentence is activated

And for the particular contempts the court imposed the penalties of:

  1. 14 days imprisonment
  2. 28 days imprisonment consecutive
  3. 28 days imprisonment

Total: 60 days
