On the 18th March 2020 this court committed the following named person to prison

Keiran Salkeld

In relation to an order dated 13 May 2019, which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not

1. On 27.9.19 entering the prohibited area outlined in Map C in breach of prohibition 2c of the injunction dated 13 May 2019.
2. On 27.9.19 , directly or indirectly using or threatening to use violence against any person or property in breach of prohibition 3 of the injunction dated 13 May 2019.

The court found that he had breached that order by Entering the prohibited area in breach of prohibition 2c of the injunction. And imposed the following sentences for those breaches:

Breach

1. On 27.9.19 entering the prohibited area outlined in Map C in breach of prohibition 2c of the injunction dated 13 May 2019.

2. On 27.9.19 , directly or indirectly using or threatening to use violence against any person or property in breach of prohibition 3 of the injunction dated 13 May 2019.

Sentence
1. Sentence of 42 days imprisonment imposed on 13.5.19 activated.
2. In respect of breach 1 ( entering the prohibited area outlined in Map C in breach of prohibition 2c of the injunction dated 13.5.19, sentence of 28 days to run consecutively.
3. No separate penalty imposed in respect of breach 2 ( directly or indirectly using or threatening to use violence against any person or property in breach of prohibition 3 of the injunction dated 13 May 2019.

Total of 70 days

Accordingly it was ordered that Keiran Salkeld be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 70 days
