South Somerset District Council v Mark Dornan

In relation to the above numbered case on 16 January 2020, District Judge Davis sitting in the County Court as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 16 weeks (112 days) for contempt of court on a breach of an Injunction Order dated 22 November 2018.  The basis of the sentence imposed is that the Defendant Mark Dornan was in breach of the injunction.  The breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 22 November 2018 to which the Defendant Mark Dornan was subject.
