These revised Practice Statements come into force on 11 June 2018 and replace the Practice Statements dated 13 November 2014 with the same title

The Senior President of Tribunals has issued a practice statement delegating tribunal functions to legally qualified staff in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).
The Senior President of Tribunals is content that the delegations should remain in place for a further period of twelve months.
