Summarises the Equality and Diversity Policy for the Judiciary including the dignity at work statement and ‘A brief guide to the Equality Act 2010’. The latter guide, appended to the article, gives a number of helpful examples illustrating how unlawful discrimination may arise in the context of judicial work (other than the core adjudicative function which is exempt).
